This notice explains how Diamond Grin handles information shared through this website.

When you request an appointment

We save your name, phone or WhatsApp number, city, chosen appointment option, and any preferred day or time you provide. We also record when you submitted your request and the version of the contact notice shown to you.

Stéfany uses these details to respond, discuss availability and travel, and arrange your appointment. Submitting the form does not create an account or subscribe you to marketing messages. Please do not include medical records or sensitive health information in the form.

Gift card requests and payments

If you submit a gift card inquiry here, we save your name, email, phone number, intended amount, recipient’s name, optional message, and submission date so Stéfany can follow up. The inquiry itself does not take payment or issue a gift card.

When you continue to a configured Square checkout, Square collects the information needed to process your purchase. Its eGift card checkout also collects recipient and delivery details and sends the digital gift card. We do not collect or store card numbers on this website. Payment receipts, gift card balances, and delivery are managed through Square under its privacy practices.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database. The inquiry dashboard is restricted to Stéfany’s owner account. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to operate the site. Contact records remain in this private inbox until removed; they are not published on the website or sold.

Cookies and website activity

The appointment and gift request forms use a short-lived security cookie to help prevent unwanted submissions. Owner sign-in also relies on the hosting platform’s authentication. We do not use advertising cookies.

We count daily totals of package selections and clicks on WhatsApp and text-message links to understand which options are useful. These totals do not contain your name, phone number, visitor ID, or browsing history. Clicking a link does not tell us whether you sent a message. This activity counting respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

For abuse protection, temporary request limits use a hash derived from a network address or a form security token and the current hour. Those records expire after one hour and are cleared during subsequent requests. The hosting service may also maintain operational and security logs.

Third-party services

WhatsApp, Instagram, Google reviews, and your messaging app have their own privacy practices when you open their links. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives the network information needed to deliver them.
